Hi, I’m MELISSA, a certified nutritional therapy practitioner (NTP)

I am so happy you are here and that you want to take your health into your own hands. 

I have spent the majority of my career in business and education while diving into my passion: Food. I grew up with home cooked meals, homeopathic medicine and a focus on connection to our food sources, such as the farmers and markets in our neighborhood and community.

Once I had my own children, I quickly realized that thriving in our world nowadays is not innate anymore. Burn out, stress, anxiety and exhaustion are the norm. We’ve become desensitized to the chronic conditions our bodies deal with regularly and are too distracted filling our calendars with social engagements and to dos to notice the signs. We look for a quick fix when unwell in order to get back to our busy schedules and lists.

I started my journey to carve out the life I wanted to live for myself and for my family, while still finding balance and joy in our busy days. My belief that we can live a balanced life filled with a nutrient dense diet, restful sleep, daily movement and bring positive change to our community drives my commitment to this work.

As your NTP, my work takes place alongside you to focus on reconnecting you with your body, to help you learn how to nourish your body through nutrient dense foods and create balance in your life to gain the greatest wealth, your health.
